HAUD to attend FASG event in Belgium

After playing host at a GSMA Fraud and Security Group (FASG) event in Malta earlier this year, which saw a record number of delegates in attendance, HAUD will travel to Belgium from 20th – 22nd September for the latest instalment of the conference.

Leading experts in the industry will converge on the city of Ghent to continue the discussion around fraud and security in the telecoms industry, including the operator climate, and collaborate on ideas to further unite the sector.

Etienne Bonanno – Research and Development Manager at HAUD said: “Unsurprisingly, the SS7 network and its vulnerabilities were high on the agenda for the FASG event in Malta in June, but given the latest industry developments, it will be interesting to examine how these advances are being handled in each territory.”
“Looking at the sessions planned, I’m confident that this instalment of the FASG will be even more developmental than previous events.”

A GSMA member since 2012, HAUD representatives, regularly attend events around the world to join forces with other members in an attempt to put a stop to the issue of mobile fraud.
