Personal data collected through haud.com

Besides certain cookie data, the only personal data HAUD collects through its websites is the information you voluntarily give us when you use our websites and services.
For example, you may use this site to contact HAUD with questions and comments or use HAUD’s services or request a demo or other available material. When you fill out a form on our websites, you may provide your name and other contact information, including your company’s name, your e-mail address, and your mailing address or the mailing address of your company or other personal or company information.

We will use your information to answer your query, provide you with requested material, confirm your payment, process your order, and/or to provide you with the requested service. We will also send you a receipt via email and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your account, if necessary.

We require this information in order to be able to answer your query and/or fulfil our obligations with you.

Our website access logs are collected for tracking visits to our site for statistical and performance optimisation purposes, to ensure that your account works correctly when accessing our services/website functionalities and to assist should any visitor, including you, not be able to access websites. We have incorporated also marketing type cookies, for better personalisation of content, our services and marketing.

What do we do with your personal data

How long we keep your personal information

We’ll store the information for as long as required by law. If there is no legal requirement or justification, we’ll store it only as long as needed. For example,  cookies retention periods are listed in the tables above, any subscription to our direct marketing will be kept until you opt-out or the data has been outdated, we keep your service account information for up to ten (10) years after service provision due to statutory tax and company record keeping obligations, etc. . Your personal information associated with the order will then be removed.

If you availed yourself of our offer to provide you with demo, specific service or partnership information or other available offers, we shall keep on the file the information you have provided, to be able to contact you with regards to such as initially requested, and for our records and statistics. Once relevant material will be provided, we will follow up on the matter as well – once the communication between us and you will be concluded, we shall delete reference to any personal data in our files.

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or in certain instances to be completely deleted.

However, HAUD shall not be held liable for any security leaks that might occur beyond our reasonable control.
