With just a few weeks to go until the Asian Carriers Conference (ACC) 2017 in Cebu, Phillippines (between the 12th and 15th September) our team is in full swing prepping for what is arguably going to be a very interesting event.

‘’Reinventing Customer Experience in the Digital Age’’, the main topic of the conference, will be supported by the renowned keynote speaker Guy Kawasaki who will be addressing the public about his perspective on the ‘Art of Transformation’’. Guy Kawasaki is best renowned for his people-centric approach to marketing and was also one of the original team members to launch the Apple Macintosh in 1984.

This year ACC will be hosted at the Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa in Cebu Philippines. Cebu is the oldest town in the Philippines and is home to some of the earliest structures and landmarks in the country. The word Cebu derives from the old Cebuano word sibu or sibo which means trade and is a shortened version of sinibuayng hingpit which means the place of trading.

One of the aims of Asian Carrier Conference is to “Encourage and promote the exchange of views and ideas on the state and development of the global information and communications industry with a specific focus in Asia”.

ACC is one of the biggest and most-attended telco and ICT conferences in Asia. This year, our Keynote Speaker is Silicon Valley legend Guy Kawasaki. His talk is titled Art of Transformation, which is related to this year’s business theme of Reinventing Customer Experience in the Digital Age.
