Reach us out at WAS#5 in Macao
Wholesale Agreements and Solutions Group Conference (WAS) is a networking and information sharing event organised by GSMA and it is a must-attend for the experts from the telecom industry who wants have things in hand.
Another bi-annual conference WAS#5 is taking place in Sheraton Grand Macau Hotel in Macao, China between 27th – 30th of March 2017.
It is worth taking this opportunity to recall briefly the interesting history of Macao. The region was administered by the Portuguese Empire from the middle of 16th century until 1999 and it constituted the last remaining European colony in Asia, so there is still a lot of signs reflecting the mixture of Chinese and Portuguese cultures.
It is an interesting fact that Macao is among the world’s richest regions with a very high Human Development Index, ranked in 18th place in the world (per data from 2014).
Redtea Mobile, the host of WAS#5 has already shared information that more than 1200 delegates from over 120 countries will attend the conference. First and foremost, WAS is a networking and information sharing event so this is a great opportunity to discuss the key topics for this edition which cover the following GSMA Projects:
- Connected Living
- Digital Commerce Mobile Money Interoperability
- Network 2020
- Personal Data
